Employee reviews can be one of the most difficult times of the year. From having to remember every achievement they've made to having to remember what goals each individual have, it can be incredibly overwhelming to try and do them last minute. Grant tracking software offers a little solace from this overwhelming feeling.

A late grant submission can look incredibly bad on the employee reviews. This causes added stress on the body and on the team.
