instructional workshop (entitled the Process Improvement Workshop)
geared to helping an organization tune up and improve its workflow
processes.

Jessica Keyes, the seminar leader, is a much respected and called-upon
keynote speaker on the topics of competitive strategy and productivity
and quality. Additionally she has authored 22 books, including the
recently published Implementing the IT Balanced Scorecard, as well as
written numerous columns and over 200 articles.
She is a former advisor for DataPro, McGraw-Hill’s computer research
arm, as well as a member of the Sprint Business Council. Ms. Keyes is
also a funding Board of Director member of the New York Software
Industry Association and has recently completed a two-year term on the
Mayor of New York City’s Small Business Advisory Council. Currently,
