Eric Brown, the owner of Brown Horizons, a computer consulting company
located in Augusta, Georgia, recently announced and launched an
organization titled the “African American Circle Of Friends.”
The “African American Circle Of Friends” is a for profit business that
provides job search help, small business help, self help information,
spiritual awareness, community initiatives and useful information
concerning education, health and other topics to the African American
community on a local, regional and national level. Even though the
organization’s primary focus is African Americans, all races and ethnic
groups are welcome in the African American Circle Of Friends.
The primary goal of the “African American Circle Of Friends” is to go
city-by-city and state-by-state within this country the United States
of America to provide hope, help, encouragement, caring, sharing and
togetherness to the African American community and the general
population at large using modern technology to convey messages, provide
information, provide services and help people fulfill their needs and
wishes. This is a true grass roots campaign lead by Eric Brown’s belief
in the Lord, through whom all things are possible.
Clients served by the African American Circle Of Friends come from a
variety of ethnic groups, races, social standings and economic levels.
The “African American Circle Of Friends” provides its services to
clients for a reduced fee. The fee amount is based on the type of
service provided, the amount of time needed to provide the service, the
associated administrative cost and the expenses incurred while
providing the service.
By charging a reduced fee for services provided, the “African American
Circle Of Friends” maintains the ability to be self-contained, provide
needed services in the community and help people at the same time.
A portion of the money received from clients is utilized to make
donations to various organizations that provide food to the hungry,
clothes to the unclothed, shelter to the homeless and general services
to help people in need.
Moreover, Eric Brown, as the founder of the “African American Circle Of
Friends,” conducts community initiatives, which are funded through
profits generated by the “African American Circle Of Friends”.
The community initiatives are directed mainly towards initiatives that
will help children and the elderly in African American communities; but
Eric Brown also oversees community initiatives, which cover a variety
of causes and helps people from all walks of life and situations.
