Mid-Sized Businesses Get More One-on-One Attention with New Qwest Management Services

Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) today announced that it is delivering more one-on-one service to many smaller businesses than ever before. Customers that previously may have had call-center support will now have their own Qwest business account manager to be a single point-of-contact for all their business needs, nationwide.

Qwest customer account managers are dedicated to meeting the needs of mid-sized businesses using Qwests wide area network service, known as Qwest iQ Networking® service, and other enterprise business solutions that Qwest offers, including voice over IP, high-speed data connectivity and long-distance voice services. The account managers provide customers with ongoing service and support, as well as personalized sales attention.

Having one dedicated account manager has made Qwest even more customer-friendly. With a single point-of-contact, we have 24x7 support, and we get more information to choose the right communications services for our business, said Mike Malone, vice president of marketing for DRYLOC SIDING AND TRIM SYSTEMS.
