AIG Small Business® Launches The AIG EdgeSM, a Gateway to Products and Services for Small Businesses

AIG Small Business^®, a division of the property-casualty insurance companies of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), today launched The AIG Edge ^SM, a compilation of services designed exclusively for small business owners and their employees.

The AIG Edge^SM, a gateway to an assortment of insurance and non-insurance services, is available through the AIG Small Business Web site (www.aigsmallbusiness.com). It features links to companies that offer products and services catering to small businesses, as well as to several AIG member companies.

The AIG Edge provides direct access to unique service providers such as Work & Family Benefits, Inc., a company that provides access to its network of work-life counselors who assist employees faced with family challenges, life-changing events or personal problems.

Other organizations participating in The AIG Edge include:

• Newtek Business Services, Inc., a provider of business services and financial products, such as payment processing, Web hosting and development, digital bookkeeping, tax preparation and advisory services.
• Spot Runner offers a complete solution for television advertising—commercial production, media planning and media buying—in a single turn-key, self-service system. The entire ad production process which traditionally takes months and hundreds of thousands of dollars, now takes just days at a fraction of the cost.
