Peopleintheknow.com is announcing their new “Event Calendar” for small
business owners. This event calendar will allow small business owners,
trade groups and associations to submit their conferences, trade shows,
and networking events to the Peopleintheknow.com website free of
charge. This is an opportunity for these groups to work in partnership
by having a centralized location to gather and present information
regarding upcoming events. These collaboration efforts are expected to
yield significant results to both parties. Their goal is to improve
communications among business owners and event holders/promoters.
According
to Bobby Ellis, Peopleintheknow.com CEO,"There are over 1,200 events
take place daily, but if you ask any business owner where to get
information on five current events, he or she will most likely give you
five different websites to visit. We want to make it easier on the
business owner by providing a centralize location to gather all the
information they need for a particular trade show. Our Event Calendar
will include both online and offline events.”
For businesses
and trade groups that want to use the “Event Calendar,” they simple
have to go to peopleintheknow.com, register, confirm an email link, and
click on events at the top of the homepage. From here users will be
taken to a page where they can enter the title of the event, date,
time, venue, location, and a short description of the event. That’s all
there is to it.
