In addition, eROI has promoted three and hired six new employees, reinforcing its belief that success starts with a strong team.

ChefsBest -- Awarding consumer packaged goods Best of Breed awards and building consumer and media awareness of the 800 products that carry this distinction, Chefs Best is using the emailROI platform to build, send and track the campaigns dynamically as the awards are presented throughout the year.
National Archives Experience -- eROI partners with the Foundation for the National Archives to create a marketing toolkit for digitalvaults.org, a killer web property developed by SecondStory.
Micro Power -- Micro Power selected eROI to rebuild their website, focusing on user experience, information architecture and SEO.
Modern Luxury Media -- Modern Luxury Media chooses eROI to help monetize their multi-city email product, by softly incorporating advertising into the design.
Harland Financial: CreditQuest -- eROI is developing a multi-language site for a new brand and new product offering.
Oregon150.org -- Gov. Kulongoski’s marketing initiative for Oregon’s Sesquicentennial birthday party chooses eROI to turn W+K’s brand development into a web reality.
EnSequence -- eROI lands interactive TV giant EnSequence, focusing on SEO and blog development and strategy.
Travel Montana -- Mercury Advertising and eROI have partnered to provide Travel Montana (the state’s marketing organization) with email marketing, list append and database marketing services.
Seattle Seahawks – eROI partner Kickapps brought the Seahawks 12th Man Community to eROI. eROI is tasked with design, development and execution of the soon to launch Seahawks NFL Fan Community.
Extensis – Extensis is using eROI to build, track and send email campaigns. They have also retained the eROI team to audit the email marketing process, creative, frequency and messaging.
Promotions:
Jeff Mills, Director of Sales and Strategy (from Regional Sales Manager) – Continuing to be a key component of the company’s revenue stream, Jeff has been named Director of Sales and Strategy at eROI. In addition to driving consistently overachieving sales figures, Jeff will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sales and Strategy team, focused on growing corporate revenue.
Garrett Gonzales, Art Director (from Sr. Graphic Designer) – Recently a main force behind the eROI and Wacom “Power of the Pens” campaign that has taken the interactive community by storm, winning awards from coast to coast, Garrett has been given the nod as a new Art Director at eROI. He is now a point man for both client-facing and internal projects, working to ensure the highest levels of quality for the design department.
Sydney Dixon, Director of Accounts (from Sr. Account Executive) – Over the last 3 and a half years, Sydney has shown her dedication to eROI and has grown to become a key contributor to the agency as a whole. She has become an AE extraordinaire and a true mentor to the entire team. Sydney will continue to manage several complex interactive campaigns, while taking on the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the Account Executive team, RFP & proposal distribution, approval for all AE documentation, and being the hiring lead for new AE staff.
New Hires:
Sharon Kyne, Sr. Account Executive – Sharon brings 10+ years of project and product management expertise toward high customer satisfaction and superb user experience to her new position at eROI. She specializes in User experience creation, content and strategy production, and project planning and management that brings creative jobs home on time, on budget and on target, regardless of the hectic pace or the short deadline. Before her arrival at eROI, Sharon held production and project management position at Hewlett-Packard, Rocket Communications, Scient and Accenture.
Mary Schwictenberg, Account Executive – Mary has 3 years of eMarketing and project management experience. Several responsibilities that she particularly enjoys are creating webcasts, working with video and film, and seeing projects reach completion. Creativity, planning, and proper execution make all of these tasks worthwhile for Mary. Prior to joining eROI, she gained her interactive marketing experience while working as an Internet Marketing Specialist at Crescendo Interactive in Southern California. She enjoys being creative, impacting company results, and helping companies achieve their marketing goals through quality web and powerful brand design. Outside of work, Mary enjoys learning new languages, traveling, exploring the outdoors, pub crawling, and working out.
Jason Duerr, Sr. Graphic Designer – Be Before moving to Portland in 2006, Jason spent 10 years in Minneapolis serving as a Designer and Art Director both at agencies and on in-house teams. He also did a stint teaching Interactive Design at Brainco School of Advertising + Design. Jason has provided creative and strategy for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune Global 500 companies including Allianz Life, Dorsey & Whitney, NSF International, PC Tools, RE/MAX, and US Bank.
Arnold Benson, Software Engineer – Arnold graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and has 4 years of experience as a software developer and database administrator, focusing on custom web-based CMS (content management system), CRM (customer relationship management) and e-commerce applications. Prior to joining the development team at eROI, Arnold worked at both Staccato and Imageworks Marketing Group, also spending time as a freelance developer for The Daylight Studios and onOne Software.
Donald Law, Account Coordinator – A Linfield College graduate, Donald joins the eROI Accounts Team with an emphasis on projects happening in our New York City office. Donald has experience launching new brand and email campaigns, as well as leveraging new media outlets.
Mitchell Hanson, Marketing Coordinator – Mitchell graduated from the University of Oregon studying music performance, advertising and marketing. After several years spent as an independent music producer and session keyboard player, Mitchell now specializes in copywriting and collateral production for the interactive marketing niche. Mitchell assists in web strategy development and search engine optimization for clients, and coordinates all internal marketing efforts for eROI.
