Arizona Minimum Wage Law

Effective January 1, 2007, the minimum wage rate in Arizona is $6.75 per hour. It will increase annually based on the Consumer Price Index.

Before January 1, 2007, the minimum wage law in Arizona provided for wage orders that covered minors only; that is, all employees under age 18.
