Calendar year

A calendar year, for this purpose, is determined by your employees. An employee may choose as a calendar year either:

• the period beginning January 1 and ending December 31
• the period that begins with the first day of the first payroll period ending on or after January 1 and ends with the last day of the last payroll period ending in December of the same year
