Coverage: Any business having an employee in each of at least 30 days during the calendar year.

Employer Tax Rate: Every covered employer bears the cost of providing benefits in excess of the contributions collected from employees.

Wage Base: $6,000

Withholding Rate: 0.5% - 1%, but not more than $.60 per week per employee
