New York Minimum Wage Posting Requirements

In New York, a summary of the law or applicable wage order, furnished by the Industrial Commissioner, must be posted in a conspicuous place. Every employer must permit the Commissioner to question any employee during working hours about the wages paid to and the hours worked by such employee or other employees.
