Restrictions on Firing Employees in New Hampshire

New Hampshire laws make it unlawful for an employer to deny equal employment opportunity; violate protections for veterans or reservists; retaliate against an employee for filing a wage complaint or for reporting or refusing to participate in a violation of a law or rule; or fire an employee for having wages withheld for child support.
