Restrictions on Firing Employees in New Mexico

New Mexico laws make it unlawful for an employer to not allow time off to vote; fail to allow an employee to serve on jury duty; deny equal employment opportunity; violate protections for veterans or reservists; or retaliate against an employee for filing a safety complaint; fire an employee for having wages withheld for child support or other garnishment.
