Restrictions on Firing Employees in Oklahoma

Oklahoma laws make it unlawful for an employer to fire any employee because of jury duty; fail to permit time off to vote; deny equal employment opportunity; or retaliate against an employee for filing a workers' compensation claim; or fire an employee for having wages withheld for child support or for garnishment by one creditor in a year.
