Tipped Employees in New Hampshire

In New Hampshire, the minimum wage for employees who customarily receive more than $20 in tips per month is $2.38 per hour or 45 percent of the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher. If the amount of wages an employee receives at the end of a pay period does not equal the minimum wage for all hours worked, the employer must pay the employee the difference to guarantee the applicable minimum wage.
