Franchise Tax in New Mexico

If your corporation in New Mexico is a domestic corporation (a corporation organized in New Mexico) or a foreign corporation (a corporation organized in a state other than New Mexico), you must pay an annual $50 franchise tax.

Domestic and foreign corporations must also file a biennial report along with a $25 fee to the Corporation Commission.
