A domestic corporation must file a business corporation report with the Mayor by April 15th of the year after its incorporation and each second year thereafter.

A foreign corporation must file a business corporation report on or before April 15th of the year following the date of its authorization and each second year thereafter.

The biannual report fee is $750.
