Franchise Tax in Washington

If your corporation in Washington is a domestic corporation (a corporation organized in Washington) or a foreign corporation (a corporation organized in a state other than Washington), you must file an initial annual report, along with a $10 fee. There is also an annual license renewal fee for both domestic and foreign corporations of $59. Both the report and the annual fee are due to the Secretary of State.

Similarly, limited liability companies (LLCs) pay an initial annual report fee of $10 and an annual license renewal fee of $59, whether they are domestic or foreign LLCs.
