The answer is obviously it is NOT easy. To make money online many people jump right in before they are properly prepared. You can't just read books to be an engineer, a doctor, a brick layer, a construction worker, an office worker or a teacher, there are prerequisites, things you must learn, before you can be successful. Jumping in unprepared would mean that you are preparing yourselves to fail.

These are 4 key components to consider if you want to be successful in your online business.

1: Find A Millionaire Mentor

One of the most important things I've learned in life is that when you want to make money in any field, you need to hire the best coach you can afford. If you want to be a successful dancer, you don't go to see a swimming coach. Every successful athlete has their own coach. If you want to be a millionaire, the first step is to find a millionaire to be your mentor and coach. They are the people who have been through the whole journey and know how to do it. That is why so many people applied for "The Apprentice" show, to be coached by Donald Trump.

Therefore, you can save lots of time and resources than do it on your own way. When you're first starting out, it's not necessary to hire a high priced coach. You want to find someone you trust, who has a solid reputation and who is affordable.

2 : Take Actions

This is the most crucial point. Stop procrastinating and take actions. Even if you fail you can start all over again. But if you haven't started, you never will. The internet is full of ideas for you to use.

Your moneymaking endeavours will change as you know more and so will the sum of cash you can bring in. Here in cyberspace you don't need a fancy degree to get somewhere. Anyone can accomplish great things online. Get excited and put some effort into it and soon you'll find cash making its way to you.

As you learn, you must take the necessary actions to improve your online business. It maybe small actions at first but, it will grow as you get more experience. You may want to start by becoming an affiliate at first and later on as you gain more confidence, you may want to create your own products.

Communicating your business to the world is an essential tool for your success. Any business be it an online business or otherwise uses this tool to ensure that their customers know of their products or services. You must learn to communicate effectively, so you can have a better chance of obtaining the right attention from your target market.

Communicating your business can be in the form of advertising. Through this method, your on line business will be known to others. Advertising is one of the many different ways of promoting your on line business. You have the option of doing it yourself or outsourcing it an outside service agency, if your budget allows it. Setting up an on line business without advertisements or promotions would have a lower chance of succeeding.

There are so many ways you can promote your business nowadays. There are paid and free resources around you. You can opt for the free resources at first and as you get better sales you may want to invest into paid advertising. But do not underestimate the power of free advertising, because if you do it right it may bring you lucrative result. One of them is of course article writing.

From my experience however, advertising online business is basically building credibility to yourself and your business. As your credibility grows, more and more people will buy your products.

4 : Perseverance

I am sure you have heard of the phrase, "business is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration". Well, if you lack in perseverance, you will not become successful. You may have set up everything, follow everything the mentor taught you and yet you have not made any sales.

It is easy to give up, but to quote Thomas Edison, "Many of life's failures are people who did not realise how close they were to success when they gave up". You only fail when you quit.

Not making any money from your online business can be very frustrating. What more if you have already invested so much money and time in getting the right mentor, the right system and the right ad campaign. But if you analyse those people who become successful out there, the one thing they have in common is not giving up at the point of failure. Most of those who made it big on the internet also came from humble beginning, and when they did not give up on the their dreams and having the conviction that one day they will succeed, then they eventually succeed.

Having a millionaire mentality would help you to focus on your goals and dreams. Keeping that dream alive and burning, it will keep you from giving up.
