ENTREPRENEUR.COM and Exit & Retirement Strategies, Inc. have teamed up to co-sponsor a 60 minute Webcast entitled "Exit Your Business in Style by Implementing the Seven Step Exit Planning Process™" on November 15, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. (PDT). The featured speaker will be John Brown, the nationally recognized speaker and author of "How to Run Your Business So You Can Leave It In Style", the best-selling book on the topic of Exit Planning.

According to Bill Black, President and Founder of Exit & Retirement Strategies, Inc., with offices in Southern California and Denver, "The webcast will discuss the Seven Step process to help business owners who are contemplating Succession, Exit and Transition planning over the next 3-10 years. The topic is of great interest to Baby Boomer business owners who know how to start and grow a business successfully, but who now need to figure out how to someday exit from their businesses."

At any given time 40% of U.S business owners are dealing with issues about transferring the ownership of their firms, according to the U.S. Small Business Administration. The primary reason for failure is lack of planning. There are roughly 9.5 million privately held businesses in the U.S. today, and nearly 50% of the owners are age 50 or older. Yet very few have a written business plan, much less a plan for getting out of their business.

The webcast is one of a series of five upcoming webcasts co-sponsored by ENTERPRENEUR.COM and Exit & Retirement Strategies, Inc. Registrants will also receive a free copy of "The Exit Planning Review", an e-newsletter put out by ERSI, and a 40 page "e-book" entitled "Growing Your Business 1-2-3" from Entrepreneur magazine.

The on-line registration page can be found at http://www.ErsiWebcast.com.
