New breed of job website nominated in inaugural awards for best tech start-ups across Europe

London: UK 1st July 2009: Voting will soon be closing for the inaugural TechCrunch Europe Awards 2009. The awards were established to honour the best tech start-ups in web and mobile across Europe. Zookel is a new breed of job website and is acknowledged as one of the fastest growing in the UK and as a result, the business has been nominated for a TechCrunch start-up award.
Zookel Founder, Paul Duggan, said: “We’re proud, impressed, excited and ever so slightly embarrassed that TechCrunch, the go to Tech blog, has nominated Zookel for the Best Bootstrapped Startup award in the TechCrunch Europas. The awards recognise and celebrate the most compelling technology startups, internet and mobile innovations of the past year (Summer 08 – Summer 09), with the tech community invited to have a say in which finalists should be recognised.
