Freedom Benefits Association announces five new seminars geared for
small business owners and self-employed individuals are now available.
The new programs debut this month at several industry trade shows in
New York and will be offered through a third party Internet-based
seminar distributor this fall. Topics include:
Health Care Options for Small Businesses Owners – this program focuses
on the new types of consumer-driven health plans now available to all
businesses.
Financial Planning: Current Trends and Strategies – presents a way for
consumers to critically examination the recent offerings of the retail
financial service industry.
Six Ways to Reduce Health Insurance Costs – a fast-paced and practical
presentation of some often overlooked tools and strategies.
Successful Long Term Tax Planning – an introduction to the analytical
techniques used by professional tax advisers in a simple and a logical
step-by-step approach.
Get the Most from your Health Savings Account – practical tips, tax
information and ideas that have not yet been considered by many health
savings account owners.
The instructor is Tony Novak, MBA, MT, an accountant, writer and
instructor who focuses on tax and employee benefit issues. Mr. Novak is
recognized as a long time moderator of Financial-Planning.com Web site
discussion and the author of “OnlineAdviser Topics”, a daily
publication of consumer questions with responses from the adviser.
Freedom Benefits Association provides help to small businesses and
self-employed individuals in setting up and running cost-efficient
employee benefit plans.
Novak says that health care seminars have been the most popular in
recent years. He says that he sometimes feels like the Lone Ranger" in
the national health care crisis battle, but adds "There are not many
good sources of information available to small businesses on
controlling health care costs. Many have made mistakes by following
something they saw advertised that turned out to be little more than a
scam".
The seminar programs are available to business groups, trade shows and
nationwide. More information is available on Mr. Novak’s personal Web
site www.tonynovak.com. Please contact Mr. Novak directly for pricing and schedule availability.
