Business Arc Introduces New Hosted Email Filtering Service for Small Business Exchange Users

UK’s premier managed service provider Business Arc has included Microsoft’s new Exchange Hosted Service as standard within all existing customer subscriptions and as a stand alone service for companies running their own exchange email. 

With Managed Exchange Services continuing to grow, prospective customers are starting to “lift the lid” on service level guarantees and packaged offerings whilst attempting to compare providers on a like for like basis. Since the market began in 2004 increased competition has driven service providers to challenge each other on price, performance and value added bolt-on’s to win new business. 

One such service provider, Business Arc, has gone a step further by launching a dedicated division of their company specifically focused on tackling the problems businesses face with email-borne viruses or ‘malware’.
