Ziff Davis Promotes Neil Glass to Vice President

Ziff Davis announced today the appointment of Neil Glass to Vice President, Finance and Operations for the Company's Consumer/Small Business Group (CSB). He was previously Director of Finance for the CSB group.

Mr. Glass is responsible for planning and managing CSB's financial activities in order to help the group grow its online, print and face-to-face events businesses. He leads the group's financial reporting, operations, and control functions, developing a strong financial infrastructure. He will continue to report directly to Jason Young, President, Consumer/Small Business Group.

"He has made a significant impact in helping the CSB establish a financial process and controls that supported the rapid ramp-up of our digital and events businesses. His leadership, dedication and knowledge of the technology media industry will continue to be a critical driver of our growth in the years ahead."

Mr. Glass integrated several online acquisitions and, developed a financial model for two brand extensions resulting in incremental revenue. Mr. Glass continues to improve the revenue forecasting process to achieve a higher degree of profitability, including implementing operating efficiencies resulting in millions of dollars of annualized cost savings.

Mr. Glass began his career at Ziff Davis in 2003 as the Business Manager for Ziff Davis Internet. Prior to joining the Company, he was an Associate in Equity Research for RBC Capital Markets/Royal Bank of Canada. In this role he covered 13 media companies, created financial models and developed industry valuation metrics. Prior to this position, Mr. Glass held finance positions with the Walt Disney Company including Manager of Business Development/Strategic Planning for ABCNews.com. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Glass holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Williams College.
