Most typical scams on the internet involve multi-level-marketing, or MLM. They all promise the opportunity to make unheard of riches for working only a few hours a week. Your “upline” mentor will teach you how to grow your business and have you making money within minutes of signing up. Usually, you only have a few minutes, maybe 24 hours to sign up, before the deal is lost forever. Wait two days and go back to the site. Chances are you will still have the same amount of time to give them your money before you will never see the offer again.

With many people being unemployed or believing they are overworked and underpaid, the idea of making a fortune in just a few short months sounds promising. Beside, there are all those testimonials on the website of people who were living in their car one week and own a million dollar mansion the next. You are often told that they did it you can too. No experience is necessary and they will do all the work for you.

Out of the goodness of their heart, they want to share their secrets of getting rich on the internet. It really is not any secret. You send them money, they get rich. Get other people to send you money, you keep some and continue to help them get rich. Basically, you are making money for your upline and you make money from your downline. Now that you have this fabulous website, you need to get people to visit it in order for them to send you money.

Why not handle your own business online and keep all your money? Because it takes hard work to build a site properly to have the search engines include you in their listings. It takes work to sell something to people on the internet, sight unseen. Maybe you have a college degree or a high school diploma. However, if you did not learn the right things in school, you will probably spend your life making someone else rich. To be an accountant you attend accounting school.
